Amina, with 15 years of diverse experience in academia, global consulting, and pharma, leads cross-functional teams with purpose-driven leadership. Amina is passionate about helping others find their purpose. A keynote speaker, regular industry panellist on various industry and people-focused topics, Amina has also led Employee Resource Groups and founded the UK & Ireland DE&I Council at her current organisation.

As a co-founder of BPLS, Amina strives to establish strong foundations to promote diversity, equity and inclusion and thus drive innovation in the UK Life Sciences sector.
