Alastair is a training and business consultant who works primarily with dispensing general practice, the pharmaceutical industry and community pharmacies, helping his clients improve their operational efficiency, profitability and product market access. As a qualified Pharmacist, he is uniquely placed to advise his clients in many aspects of their business.

Alastair has had a varied career history having worked in UK and Europe in senior managerial roles for Community Pharmacy, as a pharmacy owner, as a practice-based pharmacist and now as a business consultant. As a leading Area Manager for Alliance Pharmacy in the Northwest, Alastair was selected to help drive the growth of pharmacy operations in the Netherlands and then Switzerland for Alliance UniChem. Such entrepreneurial experience led him into running his own pharmacy and then working for a large dispensing practice in Powys, Wales. For the last 4 years, he has worked on training, coaching and developing numerous practices across England & Wales, and is renowned as an expert in dispensing general practice. More recently Alastair has used his broad experience to help a number of pharma industry clients improve their product market penetration and focus on who their customer really is.
