As Head of Data Ethics at Information Governance Services, Alex advises organisations on embedding ethical practices into their data strategies to build trust, drive accountability, and ensure compliance.
With a PhD in Bioethics from the University of Bristol and postdoctoral roles at institutions including the University of Oxford, Alex has a distinguished academic background. He spent six years with the Neuroscience, Ethics & Society (NEUROSEC) group at Oxford’s Department of Psychiatry, exploring the intersection of ethics, neuroscience, and AI.
