He has worked in a variety of roles in sales and learning and development, ranging from carrying the bag as a pharmaceutical sales representative to senior management roles. He is passionate about helping individuals and organisations be the best they can be and developing behaviors that enable success through impactful blended learning solutions, making the best use of eLearning, classroom, and on-the-job training.
