Helen has 20+ years of experience in the Life Sciences, Medical Device and Med Tech sectors working with teams and businesses to achieve greater business success. Her experience in supporting teams with diverse product offerings is extensive and she utilises this experience when delivering programmes, tailoring the messaging and learning around the specific client need.

Helen has written and delivered training programmes in many fields including topics on selling skills, sales process, CRM implementation/maximisation, leadership and coaching, and commercial planning/implementation.

She is a qualified Situational Leadership and DISC practitioner and uses her knowledge of Behavioural Styles (DISC) to run programmes helping individuals and teams to work more effectively together.
