Richard Carter is the Executive Director of HORIBA UK Limited, a position he has held since July 2017. Based in Northampton, he leads the company’s UK operations, driving innovation and excellence in analytical and measurement instrument manufacturing.

Under his leadership, HORIBA UK has achieved significant milestones, including winning ‘Manufacturing Site of the Year’ at the 2021 TechWorks Awards. This recognition highlighted the company’s commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. This award celebrated their outstanding achievements and a 35+ year partnership with JLR.
