Rachel Atherton

Rachel Atherton trained and qualified as a solicitor at Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester before several years practising law in the Caribbean, returning in 2013 to work in-house for a multi-national travel company, heading up their GDPR project and advising the business on all matters contract and data protection related. Rachel joined Napthens in October 2018, where she offers clients a practical approach to the preparation and negotiation of a range of commercial agreements. Rachel has a particular interest in data protection and IT law.
