A highly skilled coach and motivator I have worked with graduates and experienced professionals across several NHS therapy areas including Oncology, Cardiovascular, Anti Infective, Pain Management and Mental Health.
I believe in putting people first. This includes the patient, my customer, my direct reports and members of my wider team and my many successes have been built on a focussed and collaborative approach to delivering sales.
