John is a pharmaceutical physician and ABPI signatory who has worked in medical affairs at local, regional and global levels. He spearheaded medical digital transformation at ViiV Healthcare where he set up the global medical digital function and strategy, and took teams through the mindset and change management journey. He subsequently became the medical head of the Global Digital Hub at GSK. John is passionate about innovation in CX and engagement, bringing data-driven personalisation to medical engagement and leveraging the power of platforms such as social media to deepen engagement.
