A highly experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic executive coach and consultant, with extensive senior management and leadership experience at director level in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Delivers personalised 1:1 executive coaching, coaching skills training and consultancy around sales and marketing strategy and operations. These can be delivered both face to face and virtually.

John has a wide range of clients and currently delivers executive coaching to individuals in the Pharmaceutical, Finance, Oil and Education sectors as well as some pro bono work in the public sector.

Over 30 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry across marketing, sales and commercial operations; and recently as Coaching Excellence Director Europe Middle East and Africa. He has worked at director / board level in the United Kingdom and has experience of delivering coaching and training across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
