Mark Davies

Mark is a versatile facilitator, trainer and coach with 20 years commercial experience within pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Mark’s ability to collaborate and creative attention to detail contributed heavily to his success and transition into people development in 2007, following eleven years of front-line sales and account management. Mentoring responsibilities quickly grew into a passion for supporting others to realise their potential as a sales coach, training and development manager, and sales manager.

CIPD Qualified in Learning and Development Management since 2015, Mark has continued to work with sales and sales leadership teams, redefining sales processes by challenging assumptions and establishing a culture of ownership through bespoke training and development programmes.

Mark’s work within organisations defines clear outcomes, blends face-to-face and on-line training with group/one to one coaching to director level. Clients regularly report behavioural change which serves to transform the performance of teams, and individuals, and accelerates individuals’ careers through a willingness to embrace change.

As part of Thinking Focus, Mark works with teams and business units in organisations around the world, helping them achieve breakthroughs by enabling them to think differently. His clients range from medium-sized enterprises, to divisions of blue-chip multi-nationals.
