Ian Robinson

Ian Robinson (Pharmability) Biography:

Ian has over 25 years’ experience within the Life Sciences industry. He has held Senior Management and Board Level roles and is passionate about how the industry can consistently deliver superb customer experience, and ultimately value for patients.

With a background working for Bristol-Myers Squibb, AstraZeneca and Ashfield Healthcare, Ian understands both the client and service provider perspective, bringing this to bear with some innovative, high impact approaches to commercial excellence. For the past 3 ½ years, he has worked as an independent consultant, supporting a diverse range of clients across the UK and Europe. His key areas of expertise include:

  • Coaching the coach – providing high quality, structured and sequential coaching for managers to enhance their own coaching skills and hence the in-call capability of their teams. This includes virtual coaching excellence.
  • Leveraging customer insight – generating and using insight to achieve greater impact and influence with customers (both face-to-face and virtually)
  • Competency Framework development – sales, market access and medical functions
  • Development planning excellence – supporting individuals and organisations with relevant, aligned and impactful development plans
