Working with the Life Science Academy has provided us with the opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills to work effectively within the complexity of the NHS to become a valued partner.
The pandemic has thrown up some new challenges with customer engagement and working with Ian has also helped us to improve our customer engagement and access where new solutions have been discussed and tried with good success. The content within the academy has promoted a good amount of self-learning from our employees and the webinars provided for the industry has provided us with much need resource to help us to be better at our jobs.
